Glenn will often use additional photographers to enable your event to be covered completely and with minimum disruption. All of these people have been carefully screened to ensure the comfort and safety of your speakers and delegates as well as absolute discretion. This is especially important for high-profile guests and speakers or presentations with topics of a delicate nature.

Organisers also have the option of requesting a DVD-ROM preview of all images shot and DVD-ROM slideshows. There is a small additional charge for these and if you require additional security we can encrypt and protect disks with passwords of up to 21 alphanumeric characters if you really, really, really desire privacy with your images.
